id='bg-showmore-hidden-6a1382c2b5b4b9087353601' >\n\nEl control social es el derecho y un deber que tienen todas y todos los ciudadanos, individual o colectivamente, a vigilar y fiscalizar la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica con el fin de acompa\u00f1ar el cumplimiento de los fines del Estado, promover y alcanzar la realizaci\u00f3n de los derechos y buscar la consolidaci\u00f3n de la democracia y la gobernabilidad, teniendo clara la importancia de brindar mecanismos que permitan a los ciudadanos ser part\u00edcipes de la toma de decisiones para bienestar de sus comunidades, y
